Mariah Armknecht Templeton is a licensed real estate agent with Engel & Volkers.
Working alongside her business partner and mother, who has her own 27-year successful history, Mariah brings an instinctual grasp of the local market and an insatiable desire to help others fulfill their dreams of home ownership and get the most out of their investments. Clients are drawn to Mariah’s warmth and courteous charm and stay for her keen business and marketing insights. Prior to real estate, Mariah’s career experiences have been impressive in number and reach. After graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science degree in integrated marketing communications and a minor in business management, Mariah became a sought-after model in ad campaigns for the likes of Nikon Camera, Hilton Resorts, ESPN, as well as Luxor, MGM, and Mandalay Bay. This work has given her worldwide connections, helping generate prodigious exposure for her clients’ listings. While busy modeling, Mariah has always stayed close to real estate from her parents. From an early age, Mariah watched and often participated in helping her father renovate and sell homes, and learned a great deal about the business from her real estate mother (a 27-year Ruby Award – business – winner). Now, Mariah brings her varied backgrounds into her work as a real estate professional, specializing in the Summerlin communities, as well as Henderson and Northwest Las Vegas. She enjoys helping sellers and buyers with significant life transitions, whether it’s moving across town, out of state, or into retirement. Mariah approaches each real estate client and interaction as unique, and all equally important. To her, a home is the foundation of a family, where love and connections are built. To that end, Mariah pays close attention to what her buyers are looking for in a home, as well as understanding her sellers’ objectives.
